On October 9, 2018, Artelo Biosciences, Inc. (“Artelo”) issued a press release announcing that new preclinical cell-line data of Artelo’s ART27.13 demonstrate anti-proliferative activity in tumor models. A copy of this press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
