During the six months ended June 30, 2026, and 2025, a company owned by the Senior Vice President, European Operations, provided consulting services totaling $10 and $11, respectively. As of June 30, 2026, and December 31, 2025, there was $4 and $3, outstanding, respectively.
During the six months ended June 30, 2026, and 2025, a company significantly influenced by a director of a subsidiary of the Company provided professional services totaling $81 and $55, respectively. As of June 30, 2026, and December 31, 2025, there was $15 and $8 outstanding, respectively.
During the six months ended June 30, 2026, and 2025, a company controlled by a director of a subsidiary of the Company provided professional services totaling $45 and $38, respectively. As of June 30, 2026, and December 31, 2025, there was $8 and $0 outstanding, respectively.
As of June 30, 2026, and December 31, 2025, there was $84 and $333, respectively, payable to directors of the Company for unpaid board compensation. |
