During the three months ended March 31, 2022, a company owned by the Senior Vice President, European Operations, provided consulting services totaling $9, of which $3 and $5 was outstanding, as of March 31, 2022, and December 31, 2021, respectively.
During the three months ended March 31, 2022, a company significantly influenced by a director of a subsidiary of the Company provided professional services totaling $22, of which $12 and $11 was outstanding as of March 31, 2022, and December 31, 2021, respectively.
During the three months ended March 31, 2022, a company controlled by a director of a subsidiary of the Company provided professional services totaling $23, of which $20 and $5 was outstanding as of March 31, 2022, and December 31, 2021, respectively. |
